Slow or confusing payouts come back to your team

When people wait on a payment, can't work out how to use it, or can't reach anyone when something goes wrong, they contact you. Or they stop showing up.

GiveCard is built for organizations that pay people, and for the people on the receiving end.

How organizations are using GiveCard

UChicago pays study participants within seconds of each survey

Staff at Chapin Hall used to check survey completions daily and trigger each payment by hand. With GiveCard's REDCap integration, participants received their payments within seconds of completing a survey, which improved engagement and made sure they were paid promptly for their time. Payments now go out from their survey system with no manual work.

“GiveCard has allowed us to automate survey payment for survey completion, ensuring our participants get paid in a timely manner for their contributions to research.”

El Monte ran guaranteed income payouts on a schedule

The city ran its guaranteed income program on GiveCard Automations. Each participant's card was set up with recurring monthly loads, so payouts went out reliably and on time without staff stepping in every month.

“We needed partners that provided the robust reporting we needed to assess this program accurately and to do so in a way that provided dignity and empowerment to program participants... GiveCard delivered massively.”
