Rynse uses the GiveCard Spend Rule Engine to define exactly where and how cards can be used:

• Card-level rules by fleet or vehicle—some cards are gas-only, others support broader merchant categories
  
• Intelligent merchant matching—allowing broad categories like “car wash” but blocking specific merchants that typically overcharge
  
• Location-based controls—including geofencing and overrides for merchants that aren’t correctly classified under their merchant category code (MCC)
  
• Velocity limits—controlling transaction size and spend across daily, weekly, and monthly intervals
  
  

Custom Branded Cards with API-Driven Issuance
Rynse issued thousands of custom-branded virtual and physical cards via GiveCard’s APIs—tailoring rules and spend controls to each fleet or vehicle type on the fly.

On-Demand Funding
