Here's what to expect:
-If you finish enrolling in the Propel app and give us your payment details before June 16, 2025, we will send your payment on June 20, 2025 by 5pm ET.
-If you finish enrolling on June 16, 2025 or after, we will send your payment by June 30, 2025 by 5pm ET.
-After we send your payment, your bank may take 3–5 business days to post it to your account.
-You’ll get an email from mailing@givecard.io when your payment is on the way. Payment method switches may result in delay of payment.
Below is more information based on how you choose to get paid.
You selected to receive your funds via direct deposit to your bank account.
-You should have received an email from mailing@givecard.io with a link to verify your bank details. If you can't find that email, search "GiveCard Team" in your inbox, and also check your spam folder. You can also access that link here.
-After you enter your checking or savings account, we will verify your bank.
-Once your bank is verified, we will queue your payment for processing.
Note: Verified does not mean your payment is sent yet.
-If you finish enrolling and submit your payment details before June 16, 2025, we will send your payment on June 20, 2025 by 5pm ET.
-If you finish enrolling or submit your payment details on June 16, 2025 or after, we will send your payment by June 30, 2025 by 5pm ET.
If you haven’t received your payment within 3-5 business days of these dates, contact GiveCard support at support@givecard.io.
You selected to receive a physical debit card.
-We will mail your card after you apply. It should arrive at your address in about 3 weeks.
-If you finish enrolling and submit your payment details before June 16, 2025, we will send your payment on June 20, 2025 by 5pm ET.
-If you finish enrolling or submit your payment details on June 16, 2025 or after, we will send your payment by June 30, 2025 by 5pm ET.
-When your card arrives, go to the GiveCard website and make an account. This will unlock your card.
-You can use your card to buy things in stores or online. You cannot put money from this program into a bank account with this card.
-We will send your payment after your card is unlocked.
If you don’t get your payment within 3-5 business days after we send it, email support@givecard.io.
You selected to receive a virtual debit card.
-When we issue your card, we will email you from mailing@givecard.io. If you can't find that email, search "GiveCard Team" in your inbox, and also check your spam folder.
-Click the link in that email to activate your card.
-You can use your virtual card to buy things online. You can also use it in stores if you add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
-You cannot take out cash from an ATM with this card, and you cannot move money from this card to your bank.
-If you finish enrolling and activate your card before June 16, 2025, we will send your payment on June 20, 2025 .
-If you finish enrolling and activate your card on June 16, 2025 or after, we will send your payment by June 30, 2025 by 5pm ET.
-You’ll get an email from mailing@givecard.io when your payment is on the way.
If you don’t see your payment within 3 business days after we send it, email support@givecard.io.

Note: If you change how you want to get paid after you enroll, it will delay your payment.
Creating an account gives you access to important features like checking your balance, viewing transaction history, setting up email alerts, and unlocking your card.
Note: This is only for people who opted to receive a physical card. Virtual card recipients will automatically create an account as part of the process of claiming the card, and bank transfer recipients cannot create an account.
-Go to www.app.givecard.com/cardholders
-Click "Create Account".
-Enter your 10-character Card ID (on the back of your card).
-Use the same email address you provided during enrollment (if the email does not match, you will receive an error).
-Create a password and click "Confirm".
For security, all physical cards are locked when issued. You must unlock your card before using it to make purchases. Here is how:
-After you've created a GiveCard user account, log in at www.app.givecard.com/cardholders
-Click “Unlock Card” on the right side of the screen.
-When prompted, click “Yes, unlock this card.”
-You’ll see a confirmation message once it’s unlocked.
